We appreciate your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with NKC Gold. This program is managed and operated by NKC Gold LLC. Below you will find the terms and conditions related to our wholesale program. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Who Can Apply

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must operate a physical retail store or be an online-only business with an established customer base. Selling on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon is strictly prohibited. Personal use of wholesale purchases is not permitted.

Application & Approval Process

All wholesale applications are carefully reviewed. We reserve the right to deny applications that are not aligned with our brand standards. Approved orders may be canceled at any time if we determine a violation of these terms.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers. All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment via our secure payment gateways (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal). We do not currently offer net payment terms.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All items are shipped from our warehouse. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Free shipping may be available for qualifying wholesale orders within the United States.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect every product before shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report the issue within 5 days of delivery. Please email us with detailed information and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
